Go to 'My Account', and uncheck the Email boxes.

You change this in your personal preferences settings.

When you log into myspace, click on "Account Settings", which would be to the right of your profile default picture, above "Add/Edit Photos".

Then check the boxes "Notifications" %26amp; "Newsletters".
