You can also use your command prompt to find a way in. Follow my step-by-step directions:

1)Open your broswer and type www.myspace.com.

This should block it from your work's security.

2)Click on start at the bottom right of your desktop screen.

3)Click on Run...

4)Type in the textbox this: command (as it is)

5)The windows screen command prompt is up then.

6)Type this: ipconfig /displaydns (as it is)

It lists all the sites your web browser has went to.

7)You should see an ip address under the site you want to go to.

8)Type in that ip address into your web broswer and see if it lets you go to it.

This sometimes works not all the time! It works, because it is locating the ip address and most of the time the security is only blocking the websites. =) Hopes this works for you as it does for me! Good Luck!
