I want the code that when people view all my friends its doesnt come up with the option to view mutual, new, online, bands etc, so it looks like the old view all friends. and yes it does exist iv seen it on peoples view all friends, and i dont want to hide all my friends.

Actually Chris' code should have worked, to hide the entire view block, unless you have some other code overriding it, or failed to put it in a style block.
However, if what you want it to either just chop off every thing to the right of the "all" or change the text to say "view all friends" you want this:

You want either the last code block, or the 2nd to last block., on the above page. It depends on what you want the link to say.
Some people's profiles are using a different version of the default code, and it says "view all of ...'s Friends" without any custom changes (Tom's profile for instance).
There are at least 3 (probably more) versions of the default code out there right now.
