i hear theres a new app for the sidekick and its myspace app wen will it come out and how much would it be ?

Right now it's only available for Sidekick iD users. Soon for Sidekick 3 users.

I'm not sure if it's a one-payment thing, but others on the Hiptop/Poweredbydanger.com forums are implying that there's a monthly charge involved.
